一. 不定詞的用法

1. 不定詞的用法

使用時機		句型變化	例句
當名詞	當主詞	To+原形動詞+單數動詞+… = It+單數動詞… (for/of+人)+to+原形動詞	To have good eating habits is important. (有好的飲食習慣是重要的.) =it’s important to have good eating habits.
	當受詞	主詞+動詞+to+原形動詞…	I want to study with my sister. (我想要和我的姐姐一起讀書)
	當補語	主詞+be動詞+to+原形動詞…	To see is to believe. (眼見為憑)
	當補語	主詞+動詞+受詞+to+原形動詞…	Tom wants me to help him. (Tom要我幫他.)
當形容詞(後位修飾)		名詞+to+不定詞	I need some milk to feed my cat. (我需要一些牛奶來餵我的貓.)
當副詞(表目的)		To+原形動詞,主詞+動詞… =主詞+動詞…+to+原形動詞.	To win the game, John practices a lot. (為了贏得比賽, John很努力地練習.)

2. 不定詞的否定

句型變化	例句
主詞+動詞+not to+原形動詞…	My mom wants me not to stay up late. (我母親要我別熬夜.)

You Know What?

1. 英文的主要句子只能有一個動詞, 如果主要動詞後面出現的第二個動詞做為主要動詞的受詞時, 須將動詞改為不定詞或動名詞.

2. 英文中只有名詞或代名詞才可以當句子的主詞. 如果句子的主詞是動詞, 那麼就要將動詞改為動名詞或不定詞. 動名詞或不定詞當主詞時, 必須視為第三人稱單數, 動詞須用單數動詞.

3. 下列動詞必須接不定詞當做受詞:

Need (需要), want(要), would like(想要), decide(決定), plan(計畫), wish(想要), hope(希望), agree(同意)
